Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare or beauty products unless the item is faulty or damaged.
How to Request a Return Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps and your returns address.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
